UPDATE AS ON 13.10.2026- CLICK HERE TO FILL TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT FORM FOR SKILL / PROFICIENCY TEST.
All candidates attending the Skill / Proficiency Test are eligible for ‘to and fro’ Sleeper Class train fare / Non-AC bus fare for the self (whichever is less), by the shortest route, on production of satisfactory proof (original onward train/bus tickets OR print out of Email/SMS messages is compulsory), from the nearest available bus/railway station from the mailing address of the candidate as mentioned in the online application form, provided the distance is not less than 30 kms from the venue of Skill / Proficiency Test.
In case a candidate is called for the Skill / Proficiency Test and is found to be not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Age, Educational Qualification, Work Experience, etc.) he/ she will not be entitled for reimbursement of any travelling expenses.
The Travel Reimbursement Form will remain active and available for submission till 31st October 2026.

UPDATE AS ON 30.09.2026- The Computer-Based Test was conducted on 12th September 2026, and the candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test will be sent call letters shortly (informing details of the test centre and documents required for verification).
Kindly note that the Skill Test for Chemical Profiles will be conducted on 15th October 2026 at test venues in Kochi for Kochi Refinery applicants & in Mumbai for Mumbai Refinery applicants. The skill test for Electrical and Mechanical Profiles will be conducted on 16th October 2026 at the test venue in Kochi.

SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for Computer Based Test and Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT) will be reimbursed single second class sleeper rail fare from the nearest railway station from the mailing address to the place of Computer Based Test (CBT) and SPT (if shortlisted) and back by the shortest route on production of ticket provided the distance is not less than 30 Kms.
