62nd AGM of BPCL convened in Mumbai

BPCL Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. S Varadarajan declared that Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has recorded outstanding results in all facets of business for the year 2014-2015 at the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd that was held at Kishinchand Chellaram College (K.C College), Churchgate, Mumbai on September 09, 2015 from 10.30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Both in Refining and Marketing, excellent results have been delivered by BPCL, said the C&MD who also declared that the Company has achieved the highest ever net profit of Rs. 5084.51 crores during 2014-15 representing a 25% leap over last year’s record of Rs. 4060.88 crores.
Also present at the Board Meeting were, Mr. K.K. Gupta, Director (Marketing), Mr. B.K.Datta, Director (Refineries),
Mr. P Balasubramanian, Director (Finance) and Mr. S.P.Gathoo, Director (HR). Mr. S V Kulkarni, Company Secretary recorded the proceedings of the AGM where Shareholder queries were addressed in detail and also recorded for further attention.
