Sanjeev Agrawal, Executive Director (Corporate Marketing), was a speaker at the panel discussion on "Developing Workforce for the Digital Future: Building and Enhancing Skills in PSUs," at the Fourth National PSU Summit in New Delhi on June 14, 2023. The summit focused on the rapidly changing environment, emphasising urban transportation, energy, research and development, communication, and social and economic infrastructure. The summit also provided insight into the ways in which PSUs are redefining themselves through disruption and encouraging independence through innovation and digital transformation.;.
Sanjeev Agrawal spoke on how BPCL created new benchmarks in customer centricity under Project Anubhav, to deliver a unified and coherent customer experience, bringing trust, convenience, and personalisation in the delivery of products & services across business units.
