BPCL hands over Rs.108.27 crores as final dividend for 2020-21 to Govt of KERALA

Shri. Sanjay Khanna, Executive Director (Kochi Refinery) has handed over the Bharat Petroleum dividend of Rs.108.27 Cr to Shri Pinarayi Vijayan, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala in the presence of Shri P Rajeeve, Hon’ble Minister for Law, Industries & Coir, Shri MV Govindan Master, Hon’ble Minister for Local Self Governments, Rural Development & Excise and Shri PV Sreenijin, Hon’ble MLA of Kunnathunadu in Thiruvananthapuram on 09 November 2021.
 
Also present from Bharat Petroleum were Shri Kurian P Alapatt, Chief General Manager (HR), Smt. Geeta Iyer, Chief General Manager (Finance), Shri George Thomas, General Manager (PR & Admin), Shri Vinod T Mathew, Manager (Admin) and Smt. Kavitha Mathew, Manager (PR) of Kochi Refinery; and Shri D Kannabiran, Retail, State Head (Kerala), Shri Sajith Kumar PV, Manager (Sales) and Shri Hari Prasad, Manager (Engineering), Thiruvananthapuram.
 
BPCL has handed over the final dividend for the year ended on 31st March 2021. Earlier, BPCL had paid an amount of Rs.39.20 Crores to Govt. of Kerala as interim dividend and the total dividend for FY 2020-21 is Rs.147.47 Crores for the 1,86,66,666 BPCL shares held by Government of Kerala.
