Manuals

We provide guidance to AFS for safe and efficient operations with focus on quality and customer delight. Given fast-changing business environments, we felt a need to standardize practices and procedures and bring manuals in line with international standards. Thus, we have developed in-house technical manuals to guide operators on various local and international requirements. Our manuals help in smooth functioning of AFS while maintaining standardization across AFS’s.

Technical Audit

In order to ensure that our practices, procedures and performance vis-à-vis the laid down parameters of our Corporation as well as Statutory Bodies are adhered to, it is essential that we carry out periodic operations audit. Project Engineering

We provide engineering expertise in the key areas of project development.

• Planning

All development factors are considered after a comprehensive Feasibility Study. This includes traffic predictions, estimates for future demand and cost effectiveness. From this, we produce an outline design and detailed capital cost estimate.

• Design

We produce detailed designs (including materials specifications) to provide required capacity levels, thereby avoiding expensive over-capacity. We however, build the ability to expand the system to meet future demand into the design.

• Project Management

We provide project management services to our internal clients and other industry members in India. We have internationally experienced personnel to provide technical expertise in construction and commissioning.

• Commissioning

As part of the commissioning service, we provide detailed commissioning procedures, supervision and certification to ensure a system is ready for use with the capacity to deal with variable future demand.

Turnkey Projects

We are capable of undertaking turnkey projects for aviation fuel facilities, given our expertise in all processes of design, installation and operation. Our technical expertise and manpower allow us to undertake such turnkey projects while serving clients as a one-stop destination.

TESTING

With state-of-the-art testing facilities, we are equipped to test and certify quality of aviation fuel at all levels, in world-class labs approved by DGCA. Our refinery quality assurance laboratory at Mumbai has been granted accreditation in the field of chemical testing in accordance with international standards.

Frequent inspection of our testing facility by DGCA, IATA and various other international airlines to ensure GLOBAL standards of testing facilities. We are certified as one of the best in meeting such international standards.

We honour Carnet cards of all leading fuel suppliers like Shell, UV Air, etc., and we also refuel the airlines contracted to leading Fuel Facilitators, such as World Fuel Services, Aerofuels, Phoenix Fuel etc.
