Mumbai Aviation Fuel Farm Facility Pvt. Ltd (MAFFFL), a joint venture of BPCL, achieved a turnover of Rs 36.09 crore and a PAT of Rs 13.50 crore in Q2 FY-2023. The Board approved a 4% interim dividend on Rs 10 face value shares, totaling Rs 211.67 lakhs for BPCL.;.
The interim Dividend cheque was handed over to Shri V R K Gupta, Director-Finance, BPCL by Shri Anil Mathew, CEO, MAFFFL and Ms Simmi Gugnani, CFO, MAFFFL in the presence of Shri Devendra Verma, Company Secretary, MAFFFL, Shri Kani Amudhan N, ED - Aviation, BPCL, Shri Pankaj Kumar, ED (Corp Finance) along with other dignitaries from BPCL.
