LSLA is a Low Sulpher Low Aromatics Kerosene, it has a higher smoke point compared to normal SKO helps to reduced carbon emissions /black smoke and increased heat efficiency /warmness of the room. Its lowest sulphur in ppm levels reduces harmful environment SO2 emissions. It contains lower aromatics as compared to normal SKO to make it odourless/least smell and reduces carcinogenic effects, especially army officials who are exposed to this product.
BPCL both refineries at Mumbai and Bina are equipped to produce this unique Kerosene to meet Indian Army requirement.
Kerosene is a highly refined petroleum distillate having clean and efficient burning qualities.

Motor Gasoline, commonly known as Petrol or Motor Spirit. Motor Gasoline that is being currently marketed in India as per BS-VI emission standards meeting Bureau of Indian Standards Specification, IS: 2796-2017.
The nomenclature as per the Bureau of Indian Standards, is Motor Gasoline, whereas, the nomenclature used in Auto Fuel Policy and Control Orders, is Motor Spirit. These different nomenclatures are used for the same product and are used interchangeably. Motor Spirit is of British origin while Gasoline is of American origin.
Motor Gasoline is meant to be used as a fuel for spark ignition internal combustion engines such as Passenger Cars, 2 Wheelers, 3 Wheelers, etc.

High Speed Diesel is a petroleum distillate fuel, suitable for burning in Diesel or Compression Ignition (CI) engines.
In compliance with Auto fuel policy, currently HSD (BS-VI) is marketed in India. HSD (BS VI) is a Class B product, under PESO Classification.
HSD is used as automotive fuel in Compression Ignition Engines in vehicles (cars, buses, off-highway equipment etc.).
As fuel in special furnaces and gas turbines.
