Speed 97 launch - Chennai

Speed 97 was launched in Chennai on the occasion of World Environment Day. Speed Brand Ambassador, Narain Karthikeyan launched Speed 97, post which, he went on to distribute saplings to customers, corroboration the lower emissions property of Speed.

A rally, emphasising on the environment friendliness of Speed, was flagged off by Narain Karthikeyan, in which, more than 100 bikers went on roads and made it a happening view.

Indore today became the 10th Indian city to sell Speed 97 - the only 97 Octane Petrol in India.

Mr George Paul, Executive Director Retail launched Speed 97 at Sukhmani Petrol Station and Raghunath Prasad amid excitement and fanfare, as its the first time Speed 97 has arrived in Madhya Pradesh and Central India. With these two Fuel Stations, Speed 97 has a total network of 38.

Speed 97, which is high Octane petrol for luxury and high end cars and bikes, makes these vehicles perform at their peak, by reducing knocking and improving responsiveness.

Speed 97 also puts to rest the alarming concerns over vehicular pollution by lowering the emission level and protecting the environment.

Sporting the Speed Jersey, Mr. George Paul said, at the launch, that high end cars & bikes need high end petrol, which is Speed 97. As the luxury cars numbers increase on Indore street, there is demand from customers for this product in the city, which will increase further.

Speed 97 launch Udaipur

Speed Brand Ambassador & the fastest Indian, Narain Karthikeyan, alongwith Maharaja Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, launched Speed 97 at Bharat Petroleum flagship Fuel Station, Udai Filling Station at 100 Ft Road, Udaipur, in presence of senior officials from Bharat Petroleum, media and large gathering of Udaipur citizens.

Narain Karthikeyan and Maharaja Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar refuelled the Royal Land Rover - the first vehicle to drive on Speed 97 in Udaipur.

There was palpable excitement amongst the highend car and bike users in Udaipur with Speed 97 launch in the city.

Speed Rally - Udaipur

Speed Brand Ambassador, Narain Karthikeyan, alongwith Maharaja Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, flagged off the Legendary Riders Superbikes rally in city of lakes Udaipur.

Senior officials from Bharat Petroleum, were also present on the occasion.

Thirty five superbikes, comprising of Customised Harley Davidsons Limited Edition, Indian, Heritage Softail roared off from the City Palace, Udaipur. After seven pitstops, which were at Bharat Petroleum Fuel Stations, across the city, rally ended at Mawli, after covering 55 kilometres of spectacular driving.

Large number of people lined up on both sides of the rally route and cheered the superbikes as they drove past. Before the start of rally, Narain Karthikeyan and Maharaja Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar spoke to media promoting Speed and how it ignites the passion among bikers...Narain Karthikeyan spoke of the benefits of Speed to cars and bikes. He also autographed Legendary Riders Superbikes Club LRSM6001 merchandise which will be auctioned and the proceeds will be distributed among the needy school children.

Speed Shines in Mumbai Marathon

The Premium Petrol from #BharatPetroleum - Speed - shines at the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon (SCMM) today in Mumbai. SCMM is the largest marathon in Asia, as well as, the largest mass participation sporting event on the continent, which is organised on the third Sunday of January every year. Road Safety Rally - Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

BPCL,in association with RTO and traffic police, organised road safety rally which was fuelled by #SPEED to promote on going road safety week 2017. Around 150 bikers men and women alike, in Kharghar and nearby areas participated in this cause and demonstrated that riding is fun and free with all the safety gears on.

Speed Run - Indore

With Speed, you not only Go Green, but also Go Fit! Speed Run, which has become an Annual event Indoreans look up to, was organized. This 5 km run witnessed more than 400 participants of all age groups.

There were stalls of water and juice all the way and Snacks of Indori poha jalebi after the event.

3 winners in both men and women category were awarded Speed vouchers of 12000 Rs. In women category, the winner of first prize was Loula, an exchange student from Belgium, 2 nd prize winner Mrs Yadav ( homemaker) and this prize winner Ms Aakansha ( medical student from goa).

Men category winners were all students who took this event as preparation for upcoming Indore marathon.

Special mention of a 5 year old girl, who ran the entire 5 km race and a 70 years old senior citizen who finished in 30 minutes.

Goa's only All Women Bike Rally was conducted by Times Of India, in association with Bharat Petroleum (fuelled by Speed) on 12th March 2017 was a great success with more than 200 women participants riding the bikes, powered by Speed.

Speed sales team from our Fuel Stations in Jaipur had a day out and were felicitated on 8th March 2017 for promoting the usage of eco-friendly petrol - Speed, among customers, at Company Owned & Operated - BP Jaipur, which is located in 22 Godam area of the city.

Speed Women's Rally - Jabalpur 7 march

Speed Empowered Women in Jabalpur !!!

March 7th 2017 could have been yet another day in Jabalpur but for the Speed Women's Car Rally. So much of euphoria, fun, frolic, excitement and participation from all the women drivers and their support teams was something unimaginable!

More than 100 teams were bubbling with enthusiasm to participate in Women's Car Rally, which was flagged off by Smt Swati Godbole - the Mayor of the city. The basic requirement was to have woman driver behind the wheel and the rest of the team could be anyone from friends and family.

Women of all ages including elderly ones were very enthusiastic and took active participation in the event. The rally was not a usual race but actually a treasure hunt rally where the women drivers had to hunt for 18 spots in the city with the clues given at each spot. At each spot they had to answer a questionnaire on traffic laws and Speed, as well as beautifying their cars.

Every participant was presented with a sapling, for they had contributed in reducing vehicular emissions by using, eco-friendly petrol, Speed.

Bharat Mahotsav - Manmad

An exciting "Bharat Mahotsav" Sales Promotion Campaign in Manmad ended on 15th December 2016. This campaign ran for six months at 104 Bharat Petroleum.
