61st AGM of BPCL convened in Mumbai

Mr. S.Varadarajan, C&MD, addressed the Shareholders and shared the performance of BPCL at the 61st Annual General Meeting of BPCL for the year ended 31st March 2014, that was convened at K.C.College Auditorium, Churchgate, Mumbai on 18 September 2014.
C&MD also detailed the investment plans across the value chain from Exploration and Production to Refining and Marketing and further responded to the various queries raised by the Shareholders.
Along with the C&MD on the dais, were Mr. S.V.Kulkarni, Company Secretary, Mr. J.R. Verma, Director, Mr. P Balasubramanian, Director (Finance), Mr. S. P Gathoo, Director (HR), Mr. K.K. Gupta, Director (Marketing), Mr. BK Datta, Director (Refineries) and Mr. B. Chakrabati, Director.
Company Secretary , Mr. Kulkarni earlier welcomed the Shareholders to the AGM.
