Mohammed Harun Rasheed, an Electrical Engineer with an MBA, joined BPCL in 2007. With over 15 years of experience, he's worked across diverse geographies and business domains, making tangible impact, in various roles.
He has been part of the team that launched the 5kg Free Trade LPG cylinder in Mumbai, which revolutionised urban energy access. He also played a key part in expanding BPCL's commercial LPG business in Punjab and scaling In & Out convenience stores in rural areas, empowering women entrepreneurs.
Harun's success is rooted in BPCL's culture of freedom and experimentation. "BPCL has given me the freedom to explore, experiment, and learn across functions," he says.
