Meet Shripad Mandake, whose 21 years association with BPCL journey has been shaped by cross-functional exposure, ownership of key projects and evolving business needs.
After initial exposure in managing estates, Shripad moved to the Gas SBU, where he was part of the team that rolled out City Gas Distribution networks in Ahmednagar and Aurangabad in Maharashtra. He also contributed to securing BPCL’s first long-term LNG sourcing deal.
Today, he heads Digital Transformation for the Gas business, driving system implementation, automation and customer-focused platforms.
