The responsibility of servicing B2B customers vests with Industrial and Commercial (I&C) SBU in BPCL handling more than 6 MMTPA volumes, the SBU boasts of robust customer base across various industrial sectors like Cement, Heavy Industries, Power, Railways, Paints, Petrochemicals and others.
 

The SBU has 16 state offices spread across India with ready to serve officers available on call. This apart, customers can also avail of the services of the business portal that operates for online transactions.
 

The offerings include light, middle and heavy distillates, Petrochemicals, Petcoke and Sulphur. These are used by various Indian industries, sometimes as fuel and at times as feed. BPCL products continue to ‘Energise Industries’ in more ways than one.
 

BPCL’s I&C SBU operates with the philosophy of providing total fuel solutions to its customers, which apart from fuel includes providing technical consultancy, layout designs & facilitation for obtaining approvals (statutory/ explosive), installation of tanks and allied facilities, usage and application of products/ testing.
 

In order to deliver better value, the SBU also has many offerings to customers like Customer Engagement Portal (CEP), SMS alerts on dispatch of load, Quality Certificate (except Bitumen and few Industrial fuels), online Banking through RTGS/ NEFT, a separate pricing policy for a basket of products etc. We fuel the progress of industries with a focused customer centric approach
